In the event that your product is damaged in shipping notify us immediately so we can get a replacement out to you and start up the warranty process and summit a claim. You MUST make a note of the damage with the shipping company when you sign for delivery. All products must be returned in original boxes and not used. Returns If returns are accepted & you decide you don’t want to keep the products and need to return them for any reason besides damage there will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns.
