RARE Vernon Kilns MONTEREY 13-3/4″ Chop Plate / Round Platter Hand Painted Excellent Condition a few surface marks/scratches(see images) The Monterey pattern was produced by Vernon Kilns in California from 1942 to 1954. Pieces feature the iconic hand painted maroon and blue leaf pattern. The shape of these dishes is called “Melinda” which was used for various Vernon Kilns patterns. Condition: *Items are Excellent condition for their age (70+ years old) *There are No Chips No Cracks No Repairs No Stains No Crazing unless otherwise noted *They will have light scratches and or utensil/knife marks *These were hand painted and fired in a kiln, there will be 3 – 4 spots on the bottom which are from the item sitting on a kiln stand *There will also be variations in pattern and color because of their hand painted nature *If multiple items/sets are available they will all be in similar condition to those pictured Shipping: Combined shipping is offered on all purchases and calculated during checkout.
