A few months back I was lucky enough to attend the Oakland estate sale of well know pop artist Mel Ramos. I bought a very limited number of his older lithos that were from his personal stored inventory. I’ll be selling a few and keeping some myself . These original 5 lithos are printed on quality heavier paper.. These are not a mass produced/reproduced light weight posters. They were carefully stored since the late 70s in a dry smokefree environment. They have absolutely no musty odor. All look real nice with one pic showing some border mark on Bonnards Bath .. I have a few listed separately as well but this listing is for an instant collection at a damn good price for his original lithos. Titles include as shown in catalog …. “Marquets Mannequin” and “Bonnards Bath” both 5 color litho… Printed 1979 “I Still Get A Thrill When I See Bill #2 and “I Still Get A Thrill When I See Bill #3 both also printed in 1979.. The smaller “Love” poster was not massed produced and done for a benefit I’d assume and had info printed on the bottom.. Included is the shown Mel Ramos New Prints catalog book.. Selling as a lot only …. This must have been printed as inventory to be sold and never signed.. Nice condition as it was stored flat in a dry clean area…. Ready to frame. Bigger 4 measure 21”x28”.
