Notes: This unit is in at-least-partial working condition.  At power-on, it gives the sequence of indications shown in photo#4, and ends with a pulsing audible alarm. Nothing but power was connected during this testing. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
