Rare complete box set. Original box and sleeves are in excellent condition with no tears. Vinyl has no visible scratches. This is Hank Williams’ debut album; previous releases were in the then-dominant format of single 45s. It was released in three formats: ten-inch LP, a four 78rpm set, and this four 45rpm set. Although released in 1951, the songs were recorded during sessions between 1946 and 1949. A must-have for any Hank Williams collector, and a nice-to-have for any lover of original Appalachian, country-blues, country-western, and/or American roots recordings.
