Dowagiac Manufacturing Co. in Dowagiac, Michigan. Manufacturers of Drills and Seeders and grain seeding machinery. Not exactly sure what to call this item. I believe it is a document holder. Item is made of a very durable canvas. It is in as found condition and will need cleaned up. Expect scuffs, scratches, discoloration, folds, creases, marker and pin holes. Canvas is soiled and has writing on the inside. Very interesting item.
